US stocks closed lower amid Russia conflict

FXStreet (San Francisco) - Wall Street finished Thursday with declines as investors' confidence was hurt by the Ukraine/Russian conflict and despite upbeat earnings and better than expected jobless claim report.

The DJIA declined 75.01 points or 0.46% to finish the day at 16,368.33; the S&P 500 fell 10.7 pts or 0.56% to close at 1,909.57; while the Nasdaq Composite wrap up 20.08 pts or 0.46% down at 4,334.97.
